Brazilian midfielder, Ramires has left Chelsea and has now joined Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning for £25m.
The 28-year-old won every domestic and European trophy with the Blues in the five-and-a-half years he spent at Stamford Bridge.
He will be fondly remembered by Chelsea fans for his Champions League semi-final second leg against Barcelona which helped Chelsea on their way to winning the UEFA Champions league in 2012.
During his time at Chelsea, Ramires made 251 appearances and scored 34 goals.
Ramires signed a new four-year deal with Chelsea in October 2015 but has only started 7 premier league games this season.
