Rapper Hopsin Arrested In Australia, Tweets About Committing Suicide

In an Instagram post dated September 4, 2016 by a rapper, Hopsin announced that he has just been released from jail.

The MC whose real name is Marcus Jamal Hopson also said that he might be banned from Australia, the country in which he was arrested in.

Addressing why he was arrested, Hopsin said: “Just got out of fuck in jail…over some total bullshit.”
In the post on Instagram, Hopsin lets his fan show about his mental state saying:

“Shit ain’t really that pretty over here at all… I can’t see myself ever doing it, but I actually wanna literally die. Like literally.”

He had tweeted the previous day, September 3: “Sydney! What’s going down tonight? I’m bored.”

In a statement to Music Feeds, New South Wales Police say officers from Sidney City Local Area Command arrested a 31-year old man at a hotel in Sydney at about 10:45 pm last night, September 5, 2016.

However, the police are unable to confirm the identity of the arrested man.

In 2014, Hopsin had announced that he was going to quit music and settle down in Australia. Although, he did not do either, he had toured the country by the end of 2015.
