[dropcap]E[/dropcap]veryone lost in Bayelsa!
A very expensive victory in Bayelsa at the expense of “23 Human Lives in 24 Hours” – this is not what ‘Democracy is’ and not what I signed up for.
I’m not celebrating this victory neither should anyone do so; and I keep repeating that “the desperation, vindictiveness and grab-all tendencies of this ruling party/government; and it’d grand plan to turn this country into a #OnePartyState” will reverse all the gains this nation has made on its journey back to Democracy over the course of the last 17 years.
Indeed, “true lovers” of Democracy on both sides of the divide must speak up against these shenanigans – you just might never know when they’ll come for you even if you’re one of those rooting for them now – a word is enough for the wise.
These are innocent victims

They said the election in Southern Ijaw was peaceful but I am standing at the waterside by the dead body of one of our party’s Agent “Aaron Douye”. He was killed by APC thugs and militants. APC is evil. President Buhari supports the killings of Nigerians. They are destroying all our electoral gains in just 8months. ???? Tears
