Matthew 14:17-18 NKJV “And they said to Him, ‘We have here only five loaves and two fish.’ He said, ‘Bring them here to Me.’”
With only five loaves and two fish Jesus fed about twelve thousand people! The Bible says that there were five thousand men, besides women and children. And from experience, women and children are usually more in number in church than the men. What a miracle!
Who would have ever imagined that five loaves and two fish would feed thousands of people? One or two hungry guys can devour those in minutes! But because they were given to Jesus, the impossible, the unthinkable and the incomprehensible happened!
Jesus asked the disciples to bring them to Him. Your resources might be so small; your talents and skills might seem to be below average; your proposal might not be the best; your organization may not be the most qualified; and you might not be the most amazing person at work or in school: if you hand over whatever you’ve got to Jesus, He will do wonders with them!
