The Rivers State Police Command on Sunday, November 9, 2014 has arrested Benjamin Bob Manuel, the notorious kidnap suspect, alleged to have masterminded the abduction of Osiya Agama, the sister to the Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison-Madueke on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
According to a report by Vanguard, the Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ahmad Muhammad also availed that Bob Manuel’s accomplice, Whokows Ekine was also apprehended.
He said: “the Rivers State Police Command wishes to inform members of the public of Benjamin Bob Manuel’s arrest. He was arrested around Nembe water front on November 9. He is the leader of the gang that abducted Osiya Agama, the sister to Diezani Allison-Madueke, in October.
“His accomplice, Whokows Ekine was also picked today. They all confessed to the abduction of Osiya Agama.”
