As a measure to curtail further outbreak of the deadly Ebola Virus Disease, the management of two schools in Ohio including Solon Middle School and Parkside Elementary School, have on Thursday, October 16, 2014closed their schools.
This was following speculations that one of the members of their staff must have travelled in the same plane with the Dallas Ebola-infested nurse.
According to USA TODAY an email sent to parents by the school district said they learned a Solon Middle School staff member may have traveled aboard the same airplane, though not the same flight, as Amber Joy Vinson.
It was learnt two nurses contracted the Ebola Virus Disease after treating the Dallas Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan.
Among the nurses was a 26-year old Vinson who was said to have travelled down to the Cleveland area to plan her wedding.
