Arsenal’s ‘New Neymar’ To Return To Pitch By Next Season

Arsenal had signed Brazilian forward Wellington Silva, is now popularly called new Neymar, from Figueirense since 2009 for a fee of £3.5million.

But the star has been unable to join the team due to visa issues, so he has been spending time on-loan at Alcoyano, Ponferradina, Real Murcia and now Almeria in Spain.

Silva has now revealed he will be able to play for Arsenal from next season in 2014, having been granted Spanish citizenship, which means he’ll be eligible to enter the UK.

Speaking with reporters on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, the happy striker said. “I can now go back to Arsenal from next season. I would be very happy if I could become an idol at a club like Arsenal.

“I will give my best to become a great player”, he assured

Meanwhile Arsene Wenger admitted he is interested in bringing in Silva as he previously said he is a huge fan of the youngster, so it seems likely he will get in with the Emirates youngsters next season.
