A notorious bandit leader popularly called Sola has been killed by vigilante members in Batsari town in Katsina State.
The vigilante members cut off Sola’s head after killing him and then moved around the town displaying his severed head.
The slain bandit leader was nicknamed “sola” (solar) because he operates in broad daylight.
