41-year-old rapper Christ Berer, has been in the news since 2014 after he took a cocktail of drugs and went ahead to cut off his penis after which he jumped down from a two-storey building in a failed suicide attempt fueled by depression.
Northstar rapper and a former Wu-Tang Clan member, Andre Johnson, who goes by a stage name, Christ Bearer, explained that he became depressed after the mothers of his children stopped him from seeing his kids.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with VladTV , he revealed a mixture of drugs and a lack of sleep were the reasons behind his crazy decision.
He said, “PCP and meth and Molly and alcohol. And no sleep. That was the main thing, no sleep, and I couldn’t see my daughters, I’ve got three daughters and I got my third restraining order.”
Moreover, Johnson revealed that he only realized his mistakes after some months although he maintained that he was proud of his deeds as no other man could boast of having done that.
“I might have made the biggest mistake ever in history. But I’m proud of that.
“I’m the only man ever did what the fuck I did, and I’m proud of it. Because why? In the annals of history, I don’t think you got anybody who ever did it,” said Johnson.
According to him, although he sliced off a lot of his penis, his size meant he was still left with enough.
He said, “I did cut a lot of my penis off. Due to the fact that it’s not a myth, the black man do, I’m not really going to go into it too much.
“I’m still able to work with what I’m able to work with, and get it down.”
