READ: UPDATE: Military Forces Foil Terrorists Attempt To Free Detained Colleagues In Maiduguri
Pockets of terrorists apparently in a move to boost their depleted stock of fighters this morning, March 14, 2014 attacked a military location in Maiduguri with a view to freeing their colleagues who are being held in detention.
Military forces foiled the operation, arresting more terrorists and confiscating their ammunition.
The defence headquarters has released photos from the terrorists attempt.
