The Nigerian military on Monday, February 23, 2015 released a video showing bombing of areas in the North East where suspected Boko Haram camps are located.
The Nigerian troops, further bolstered by the arrival of troops from neighbouring countries, have been making considerable progress in the fight against terror, as several towns which were hitherto occupied by the insurgents have been taken over.
The aerial bombardment is part of intensified efforts by the military to fishing out terrorist before the commencement of the 2015 elections which have been rescheduled to hold on March 28 and April 11, 2015.
