A fire outbreak has rocked the state secretariat of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, at Igboku street, D/Line in Rivers State.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, April 9, 2015 destroying the building and documents belonging to the congress.
According to Vanguard, sources around the area have allegedly attributed the inferno to have emanated from an electrical spark.
It is not yet certain if the fire has been doused or not as at the time of this report.
In the meantime, the management has not yet said anything as regards the incident which started at about 4am.
