STOKE-ON-TRENT, United Kingdom — Nigerian footballer Peter Odemwingie and his wife, Sarah Fallon, have welcomed their second son, Theo, three weeks before his expected delivery date.
The Stoke City striker announced the birth in a Twitter post on Thursday, May 15, 2014.
“My wife underrated Noah’s weight yesterday and today we became 4 but 3 weeks b4 the due date ! Named him Theo,” Odemwingie wrote.
The couple already had a son named Noah. Theo’s arrival expanded the family to four.
In a subsequent message, Odemwingie thanked his followers for their goodwill and said his wife and their newborn were doing well.

“Thanks for the congratulations. They are both fine. Greetings from us back,” he wrote.
Odemwingie and Fallon married at a church in Northampton, United Kingdom, on May 26, 2012, after dating for two years.
