Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State seems not to be relenting in his verbal onslaught on the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) General Muhammadu Buhari, stating on Monday, February 23, 2015 that the former Head of State is too frail to be president of Nigeria.
Speaking at a press briefing in Abuja, Governor Fayose said General Buhari was not just in the UK for political reasons but also for medical reasons, stating that the former Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) Chairman conducted an interview at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja , which the APC tried to pass off as one held in UK.
He said such tactics “exposes the deceitful nature of the opposition and qualifies the APC candidate for failure at the polls come March 28.
“I don’t have anything against the North. I also don’t have anything against General Buhari, but one thing is certain. The General is too weak, too frail to be President. He can’t even be the governor of his state let alone being the President of this country.”
