After months of careful baby watching, the wait is finally over for Gerard Pique and Shakira.
The Colombian-born performer and her footballer-partner welcomed their second child on Thursday, January 29, 2015 two years after having their first child, Milan.
She gave birth at a private hospital in Barcelona via caesarean section.
The couple confirmed that both mother and child are in excellent health.
Shakira and Pique met in 2010 when he appeared in the music video for her hit song ‘Waka Waka’.
