Sir Arthur Okowa, the father of Delta Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, is dead.
The Governor’s father died in the early hours of Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Born in 1932 in Owa Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of the state, Arthur passed on at 89.
