As the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared the governorship election held in Imo state inconclusive, an official of the commission has come out to say that they were forced to write results in favour of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to The Herald NG, this was revealed by the electoral officer in charge of Oru East and spokesperson for INEC, Mrs. Emmanuel Okpara.
Mrs. Okpara, who made the confession while presenting the results from her area said they were threatened into writing the results by some leaders in the area.
The results from the area shows the APC having 11,189 votes while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had 1878.
