A federal sitting in Ikoyi has granted a restraining order resttricting the National Drug Law and Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) from extraditing Senator-elect Buruji Kashamu to the United States.
The court also awarded a fine of N10,000 against the agency for laying siege to the residence of the Senator-elect.
It would be recalled that the NDLEA have kept Kashamu under house arrest since Saturday, May 23, 2015.
