An All Progressives Congress (APC) senator representing Osun Central, Olusola Adeyeye has emerged as the Chief Whip for the 8th Senate.
He was nominated by the Senate South West caucus.
Senate President, Bukola Saraki, made the announcement on Wednesday September 30 2015 after reading a letter from the South West APC caucus.
Adeyeye’s appointment was also made public via the official Twitter handle of the Nigerian Senate
