NAN – The Managing Director of Kaduna Refinery and Petrochemical Company has stated that the refinery will function at full capacity next year at a two day workshop organized for energy correspondent in Kano on Friday, June 13, 2014 .
The workshop with the theme “Managing Information in the Oil and Gas Industry”.
Through the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Mr Mohammed said that currently the refinery is operating at 60% due to improved operation efficiency as major units of the fuel section including the crude, fluid catalytic cracking unit has been re-streamed to provide the desired output as one of the foreign crude storage tanks had been successfully rehabilitated and the contract for the rehabilitation of the remaining two tanks had been awarded.
He said the company is contact with the host communities and has provide several borehole to provide portable water for them as the a comprehensive water project for Rido community was at its planning stage
