The daughter and only child of late Fast and Furious actor Paul Walker is suing car company, Porsche over the death of her father in November 2013.

Paul Walker was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT car a friend, Roger Rodas was driving when it hit a pole and burst into flames in November 2013 leading to the death of both the actor and Roger.

The late actor’s 16-year-old daughter, Meadow has now filed a suit against Porsche over what she perceives the wrongful death of her father, she claims the car had design defects.

The suit filed on Monday, September 28 2015 claims that certain features of the vehicle, including its safety belts and its stabilization system were instrumental to the tragic outcome of the crash. The suit alleges that the Porsche model did not have a Porsche Stability Management System (PSM) in place to prevent swerving thereby leading to the crash and the eventual death of Roger and Paul.

As at the time of this report, Porsche were yet to publicly respond to the claims.
