President Buhari Names Self Petroleum Minister

President Buhari named himself Minister of Petroleum, while Ibe Kachikwu (Delta State) was named Minister of State (Petroleum) on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 minutes after the inauguration of all the ministers at the Presidential Villa in Aso Rock, Abuja.
