The Presidential Petition Election Tribunal will resume on August 21, 2019, for adoption on written addresses and final hearing from petitioners and all respondent.

The power of Life and Death now lies in the hands of our judiciary. As the Tribunal is getting set to give its verdict.

  1. The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal should not eliminate the evidences of over 28,000 result sheets submitted to the tribunal by H.E Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, the presidential candidates of the peoples Democratic party PDP.
  2. The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal should not strike out or reject the certified true copies of form CF001 that contains PMB personal information submitted to INEC. As Nigerians are aware that PMB willfully told lies and also made a misrepresentation under oath. PMB hereby committed Perjury.
  3. The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal should not reject the videos evidences and newspaper reports that indicted INEC, over electronic transmission of results into the server by Mahmood Yakubu, INEC Chairman.
  4. The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal Should not reject the report of David Njoga, ICT expert from Kenya who used science to expose to the world and the honorable court that INEC has a server.
  5. The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal should not reject certified true copies of polling unit,LGA, ward, and state result sheets of 10 states, submitted to them by H.E Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi.

However Nigerians are urging the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal panel of Judges, led by Justice Garba Mohammed, should give justice without prejudice hereby not hiding to PMB’s bidding on this legal battle.

  1. Main meaning nigerians should come all out to help and fight corruption from any angle both the once coming from the presidency to the lower office also to a common citizen of this beautiful country. the presidential electoral petition tribunal should not go ahead and rule the judgment in favour of president Buhari but should rule they judgment based on the independent body as they are.

  2. The world has monitored the proceedings and the learned gentlemen know if. They will definitely write their names on world’s Book of Records. They will also have the best security, fame and wealth beyond their imagination and also redeem the battered image of Nigeria abroad.

  3. I wonder how anyone could expect Atiku/PDP to win at the tribunal. Let’s review the points given by the writer:
    1. Result Sheets — Not backed by concrete evidence. Remember, he who avers must also prove.
    2. Form CF001 — PMB believes that his certificate is with the military. Video clips of the military denying it does not constitute a proof that they didn’t have it. Even General Tarfa’s evidence is no proof. Besides this is a pre-election matter. I hope you will not start wailing when the tribunal so rule.
    3. Server — Electronic transmission of election results is unknown to law. Transmission of results to a server is therefore illegal and would have voided the election. The Kenyan paid hacker had also put the server issue to rest by admitting that the results purportedly obtained from the server may have been altered.
    4. Results from 10 States — Atiku has already admitted that he has no case. Remember that he claimed to have won the election by 1.6m votes as obtained from his server. But his lawyers are, in their final address, claiming victory with a margin of about 200 thousand votes meaning that Atiku has now presented two different results to the tribunal for the same election..
Atiku has already lost this case. May God give all the wailers and enemies of Nigeria the fortitude to bear the loss.

  4. this writer has spoken the minds of everyone all over the world. keep on saying the truth all time, for the truth is stronger than anything, even stronger than you and I to the extent that you and I we may disagree but at the end the truth will remain the truth. thank you

  5. Are u one of the justices involved in d case?
Are u to direct the justices on the area of concern?or this is just a biased submission to satisfy ur greedy desire and that of ur desperate party?

  6. The judges will either redeem the age of the judiciary or destroy it and this will let Nigerian know either to vote or not to vote in future elections
