There may be more to the trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki than was expected.
Saraki who was is currently being tried by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) for allegation of false declaration of assets agreed to appear before the tribunal on Tuesday, September 21, 2015, where the case was adjourned until Wednesday, October 21, 2015.
But there is a new twist in the trial as the Special Assistant to Senator Saraki on New Media, Bamikola Omishore,alleged that all evidences provided against Saraki was provided by Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.
He took to his twitter account to make the allegation.
Prosecution lawyer Rotimi Jacobs said in open court Elrufai provided ALL evidence that will be used against Saraki. No shaking we dey wait
