Governor, Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State has refused to to be accredited at his ward in Ubima stating that he would do so only if he sees the result sheet from the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Amaechi claimed that the process has already been rigged and went ahead to direct that the accreditation of voters in Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state be halted due to lack of the result sheets.
He maintained that even though all the materials are complete in his polling unit, the unavailability of the result sheets in other polling units in the entire local government area was a cause for concern.
