Must read

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has showcased a new range of products in electronics and mobile devices at its annual forum held in Malaga, Spain.

The leading brand in electronics demonstrated its leadership in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market by highlighting a broad product range of category-defining products in televisions, home appliances, printing and mobile devices.

Samsung showed how it is bringing consumers seamless navigation, intuitive control and smart solutions.

The general manager of Samsung Saudi Arabia, J. S. Park said: “Samsung has achieved groundbreaking success in this region and thanks to our deep local consumer insight, engineering excellence, software innovation, and clever design, we have achieved a 38 percent sales growth this past year and maintained our position as the brand of choice in the MENA region.”

In January, Samsung Electronics signed a global partnership with MBC Group entitling it to merge Shahid.net applications onto all its devices.

Samsung also announced partnerships with global media and content companies such as FOX and Paramount that provide customers with a UHD video pack service that contains UHD content by HDD.
Samsung continues to lead the TV industry – not just in terms of sales, but also as the “first company to offer a Curved UHD TV series.”

Samsung’s U9000 Curved UHD TV provides a wider field of view, a panoramic effect that makes the TV seem even bigger than it is, offering twice the enhanced contrast ratio of a flat TV. Above all, Samsung’s Curved UHD TV has a curve of 4,200 radii, “making it the most curved TV in the world.”

Also for the customers satisfaction, Samsung welcomed new audio products for easy-to-enjoy home entertainment, which lets listeners enjoy tether-free entertainment anywhere in the house, from virtually any audio source. The feature is compatible with the 2014 Samsung audio products for MENA.

Productivity, performance and portability put the “PRO” into Samsung’s new lineup of powerful GalaxyPRO tablets.

Samsung also showcased its Smart Wireless LAN solution, which selectively pushes traffic between mobile and WLAN networks to improve end user experience.
