A plane which was used to transport crew members Tom Cruise’s latest film, Mena between locations has crashed in Colombia.
The small twin-engine aircraft crashed near Medellin as a result of bad weather. On board the flight were two pilots and two crew members.
Tom Cruise had finished shooting earlier in the day and wasn’t on board the flight.
Speaking to Mirror Celebs, a a spokesperson for Mena’s distributor, Universal Pictures said:
“An aircraft carrying crew members crashed while returning to Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport in Medellin following production wrap on the film Mena resulting in two fatalities.”
