179 new cases of coronavirus has been recorded in Nigeria on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, has said.
A breakdown of the new cases across different states in the country is as follows; Lagos-116, Anambra-20, FCT-9, Oyo-9, Rivers-9, Delta-3, Nasarawa-3, Edo-2, Kaduna-2, Ogun-2, Plateau-2, Ekiti-1, and Osun-1.
The 179 new cases of coronavirus now brings the total number of confirmed cases to 60,834. 1,116 deaths has been recorded while 52,143.
