A court in Enugu State has sentenced a 21-year-old man, Chinedu Eziuzor, to seven months imprisonment for sexually exploiting his sister.
The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, NAPTIP, disclosed in a statement on Monday, October 3, 2022.
According to the statement, Eziuzor was convicted and sentenced on Friday, September 30, 2022.
The statement read, “A 21 Year old, Male (CHINEDU EZIUZOR) was convicted on a one count charge under section 16(1) of the TIPPEA 2015 and was sentenced to a seven (7) month prison term, to start running from the date of arrest, for sexually exploiting his sister sometime in 2021.”
