A 36-year old single mother of one had sexually assaulted two minors after giving them some drinks laced with drugs.
The woman from Florida, Barbara Kirby, who has a 9-year-old son was said to be a divorcee and had reportedly told the minors before raping them that “age is just a number”.
One of the victims disclosed that she had threatened to kill him if he ever said a word about the encounter to anyone, according to World Wide Weird News.
The incidents allegedly took place on two different occasions and the victims between the ages of 12 and 16 revealed to the police that in both incidents, the woman had invited them to her home and gave them a drink laced with drugs which made them pass out.
One of the victims alleged that after taking the drink, he slept off only to wake up to see Kirby having sex with him on him on her couch. He felt embarrassed and reached for his clothes and escaped.
Two days after the incident, he narrated the assault to his mother who went to confront Kirby.
The police had arrested Kirby with a charge of lewd battery on a minor and tampering with a victim.
She is currently being detained pending on when she meets up the conditions for her bail held at $25,000.
