Dubbed the ‘Foetus Fonzie’ by commenters, the child seems to be reassuring his parents that everything is going well.
The uploader also confirmed that this laid back boy or girl is one of a pair, as they are expecting twins.
Hopefully the parents will buy the baby a leather jacket when it’s born.
