All may not be well with the Bauchi State chapter of the All Progressive Congress following the expulsion of the state’s party treasurer Harsanu Guyaba and a gubernatorial aspirant in last primaries organized by the party Abdullahi Tanko Ningi over allegations of anti-party activities.
In two separates letters no APC/SHQ/VL-7/13 and APC/SHQ/VL-7/14 signed by the State Secretary of the Party Barrister Buhari Disina, which copies were distributed to newsmen in Bauchi It was stated that the two party stalwarts have been expelled at the end of the meeting of caucus of the party and their membership card of the party invalidated.
Disina stated that Guyaba was expelled for anti-party activities, while Ningi was expelled over his failure to withdraw a suit against the party and its major stakeholders.
When contacted, Guyaba said he heard about their expulsion but he is waiting for the letter before he will makes his position known.
Efforts to contact Ningi on the said expulsion proved abortive but a close associate who pleaded anonymity said though they didn’t see the letter they heard about it.

He said expelling Ningi was undemocratic and that they would take the necessary action when they receive the letter.
