Must read

The Peoples Democratic Party Presidential (PDP) Campaign Organisation on Friday, March 20, 2015 alleged that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has perfected plans to fake the results of the presidential elections, scheduled to hold on Saturday, March 28, 2015, adding that the opposition party plans to annouce the falsified results on Radio Chanji.

Making the allegation via a news conference in Abuja was the Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP campaign organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode, who said with facts made avaialable to the Federal Government, indications pointed to the fact that the APC had links with the aformentioned station, which was reportedly operated from outside the country.

Fani-Kayode further revealed that the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) had ackowledged the existence of the station, which he said will be used to spread dangerous propaganda and chaos after the elections.

He said: “We believe that we have been vindicated on our report just two days ago about the existence of Radio Chanji. This is despite the denials and the lies by the APC about the true situation of things and about their dastardly intentions and sinister plots to use the station for nefarious purposes.

“Once again, we wish to point out the dangers of this radio station and the evil intention of the people behind it.

“Apart from anything else, they wish to use the station to announce false results after the up-coming elections are conducted.”
