Delta State Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the elections of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
The chairman of the three-man tribunal, Justice Nasir Gunmi and his colleagues arrived the tribunal which held at the Delta State Multi-Door Courthouse, DSMDC, at about 8.30 am.
Olorogun O’tega, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenged the victory of the governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in the April 11, 2015 elections.
Labour Party governorship candidate, Chief Great Ogboru, also Okowa’s election.
The tribunal dismissed all.petitions thereby upholding the elections of Governor Okowa.
