The Court of Appeal, Enugu Division on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 set aside the judgement of Hon. Justice Onovo of Enugu High Court who had given judgement in favour of the suspended and ex-communicated General Supritendent of Assemblies of God, Rev. Paul Emeka
It was affirmed that the suspension and dismissal of Rev Emeka by the General Committee of Assemblies of God Nigeria, was in line with the constitution and bye laws of Assemblies of God Nigeria.
The Appeal Court also confirmed Rev. Dr. Chidi Okoroafor as the General Supritendent Of Assemblies of God Nigeria.
It is expected that Rev Emeka would relinquish and vacate all Assemblies of God properties in his custody and this includes his residence.
