A hospital has made the most outrageous mistake ever after it sent a linen material to a laundry company unknown to them that two still born twins were wrapped inside.
Just as expected, the staff at the laundry office in Angelica were both stunned and shocked to the marrows on discovery of such package sent from Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas sent.
Now the police have launched an investigation to decipher how the bizarre action came to be.
According to Mirror UK, a police spokeswoman said detectives determined the incident was an accident and it is not considered suspicious.
According to the hospital’s spokesperson, Gretchen Papez, a woman who suffered a miscarriage early in her pregnancy was brought by an ambulance into the hospital with the dead twins already wrapped in linens.
Even at that, the hospital management are bent on trying to figure out how such a disastrous mistake happened.
Papez disclosed that they had contacted the woman’s family after the laundry facility returned the remains to them.
