Lady Gaga is not easily swayed by public opinions; she therefore does whatever she wants whenever she deems fit.
On Wednesday, the 29-year-old singer stepped out in West Hollywood wearing a black sheer-outfit. She visited Pump restaurant for a meal and as she walked past in the floor-length skirt, she flashed her pants and bra. She also wore dark glasses and a black pair of boots. Her red lipsticks shone all through as she left other pedestrians staring.
