A LOOK Inside Scotland’s Independence Vote (PHOTOS)

A referendum held in Scotland Thursday, September 18, 2014 to decide the country’s independence from Britain.

The Scottish people decided by a small margin to stay with the United Kingdom, BBC and Sky News.

The election was preceded by spirited campaigns by the pro independence and those opposed to breaking the Union.
