We congratulate Mr. Donald John Trump on his emergence and swearing in as the 45th President of The United States of America.
America has been a world leading power that has been of great support for other nations in Africa and world over, working harder to ensure a stable world and democracy that is practicable.
We are hopeful that with President Trump, prosperity and peaceful coexistence will return in the world, with less war and Nuclear aggression amongst other Super Powers.
It is also our hope that, the Trump Presidency will take cognizance of, and address the turbulent issues of lack of Democracy under the Buhari’s Administration and Human Rights abuse, violations in Nigeria such as the Incarceration of Mr. Kanu Nnamdi of Indigenous People of Biafra, the massacre of the peaceful Shiite Muslims with continued detention of their leader Sheik El-Zakzaky against court orders, the gruesome murder of Southern Kaduna People, clampdown on the Judiciary, clam down on the Media, press freedom and flagrant recalcitrance to Rule of Law, the Supreme Law of the Land, the constitution and court orders.
We are immensely optimistic that peace will return in Africa and other continents of the world in furtherance of democracy and good governance with the Trump leading the Super powers.
As the foremost Pro-Democracy Pressure and Advocacy group in Nigeria, we assure President Donald J.Trump of our corporation and support on anything that will engender democracy in Nigeria.
We also use this medium to make bare some issues of great concern to us as a people, a nation Nigeria, to the President.
1. We need the President to use his revered position to assist Nigeria in repatriating the Abacha Looted funds, with guidelines that will check the funds from being re-looted by Buhari’s Administration.
2. We also urge President Trump to ensure a mechanism for the protection of all legal Nigerian Immigrants in the US against any and every form of racial abuses, and that those who are yet to perfect their immigration papers be assisted as Nigerians do not wish to be illegal immigrants in America.
It is our hope that against any backdrop, Nigeria like every other powerful Nation in the world, will have a better and stronger ties with America in terms of Foreign Policies, Bilateral Trades and other relationships that will facilitate, engender and enable a better relationship that will bring great prosperity to both Countries and the people.
We have unprecedented and unflinching hope that with TRUMP, America, Africa and the world will be Great Again.
