Nollywood Stars Endorse President Jonathan [WATCH]

With barely ten days to the general elections, top Nollywood actors have joined a host of others to endorse president Goodluck Jonathan for a second term in office.

They released a video which features Segun Arinze, Monalisa Chinda, Omoni Oboli, Ramsey Nouah, Sani Danji.

They pointed out some reasons why electorates should support President Jonathan under the auspices of the ruling People’s Democratic Party in the forthcoming polls.

Monalisa Chinda, said, “Every great leader knows that people are more important than power.The purpose of power is to invest and improve people’s lives.

On her part, Omoni Oboli observed that President Jonathan’s administration had shown so much support for the women and empowered them greatly in the process.

She said, “For the first time in Nigeria, we see an administration that has empowered so many women.

Ramsey Noah lauded President Jonathan for diversifying other sectors of the economy instead of depending solely on oil to generate revenue.

They further mentioned the president’s support  for the creative industry.

Segun Arinze said, The creative industry became part of the GDP for the first time die to the efforts of the president.

The stars also listed various numerous achievements made by the administration since assumption of office four years ago.

Prominent among them was the production of cars in the nation, the rate at which he tackled unemployment among the youths, the improvement in the Agricultural industry and so on.
