Police Manhunt Gay Man, 34, For Raping 17-Year-Old Boy In Lagos (PICTURED)

A 34-year-old alleged gay man identified as Okafor Obunike is currently being sought by the police officials of the Lagos State Area M Police Command for allegedly raping a school neighbour’s son in the Ago Palace Way, Okota area of Lagos state.

The indigene of Anambra state was said to have lured the 17-year-old victim,Bolu Akinjide and subsequently had anal sexual intercourse with him in his father’s house.

The father of the victim, Segun Akinjide, who is a teacher by profession recently disclosed that the incident took place in September 2014.

He said, “We have since reported the young man to the police. With the help of the Police, we have since checked his house and shop and he hasn’t been found. We hope the Police would do a thorough job on this case and punish him for such an unlawful act.”

Confirming the incident, a resident of the area simply identified as Chuka said,  “On that faithful day, I saw Obunike with Bolu, the teacher’s son entering into the house. All I heard was noise and later the boy started bleeding.”

In a confirmation statement, the State Police Spokesman, DSP Kenneth Nwosu maintained that gay practice is against the law in the nation and anyone caught in the act would be severely punished.

He added that his men were on the trail to arrest the accused and bring him to book.
