[dropcap]U[/dropcap]K’s Prime Minister Theresa May is the smartest leader in the world right now by coming straight to US President Donald Trump rather than ‘sitting in her country to view the man via the lenses of CNN’ as the president of Mexico has just done and as many in Europe and elsewhere are currently doing.
First, her rating at home would go up big time with this; two, she is going to secure great deals for her country; three, this would give her a solid footing as she negotiates Brexit with the EU especially as they would now know that she has the backing of the US as she comes to the table.
Theresa May has also shown in her press conference with Trump tonight that she would know to manage the guy and that you don’t have to be confrontational unnecessary because the politically correct media is pushing you to as she would now be able to secure some very good concessions for her nation that she might not have realized if she had gone in a different route; and then it gets better for her – the EU would now be looking up to her to learn how to work with Trump on so many issues even as she already began to mend the fences between Trump and the EU on NATO with her remarks tonight – she could just become the ultimate bridge the EU needs to Trump going forward as the ’emissary emeritus’ if I can borrow the phrase here.
This might just be how ‘Theresa got her groove back‘ considering the shakiness that she been experiencing in Britain with the ways to go about setting the modus operandi in place of how to effect Brexit – and what better time than now than for her to be doing this than when the EU is calling her bluff ‘to come and be going away from their union.’
In closing, to those that rejoiced yesterday about “Trump blowing up relations with Mexico” I hope you have now heard that they spoke for 1 hour today and that the ahead party/contingent from Mexico was actually still in the US as these calls were going on – and they have both agreed to continue talks in the coming Months – Mexico was never going to win this battle – and the president there would do good to ensure a good deal for his people than to be watching CNN mislead him on what he should do.
This is my advice to leaders of other nations as well – Trump is first a businessman before he is a politician – he wants to do good deals, so get into the room with him rather than let those that lost the election to him be setting you up against him – Trump is here to stay – you cannot wish him away and forget the fake theories, he won’t be impeached; he is set to become a two-term president
If he continues with the alacrity to discharging his duties in Office as he has done in the first week on the job – I mean think about it, it looks like he has been doing this for one year already.
