Former minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nasir El-Rufai has stated that he will consider defecting to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) if satan repents and converts to Islam.
El-Rufai, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) made the assertion when answering a question from one of his followers on social media platform Twitter.

The question was raised following the defection of Nuhu Ribadu, the former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and friend of El-Rufai to the PDP.
El-Rufai himself used to be a PDP stalwart and served under the administration of Olusegun Obasanjo.
