118 new cases of coronavirus has been recorded in Nigeria on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, has said.
A breakdown of the new cases across different states in the country is as follows; Lagos-41, Rivers-19, Osun-17, Nasarawa-13, Kaduna-5, Anambra-5, Edo-3, Ogun-3, Kwara-3, Ondo-3, Katsina-2, Niger-2, Plateau-1, and Akwa Ibom-1.
The 118 new cases of coronavirus now brings the total number of confirmed cases to 59,583. 1,113 deaths has been recorded while 51,308.
