Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State reportedly shunned an event at the Walthamstow Town Hall, UK following the disruption of a presentation he made during appearance at Chatham House.
According to reports, Governor Okorocha was supposed to make an appearance at Walthamstow shortly after his talk on free education at Chatham house but decided against it after his speech was stopped midway by a pro-Biafra agitator.

It was also gathered some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) had already gathered at the Walthamstow Town Hall.
