Simon Cowell has become a father for the first time after Lauren Silverman welcomed a baby boy into the world on Valentine’s Day February 14th 2014.
The 54-year-old music mogul’s girlfriend gave birth to the couple’s first son in New York City weighing 6lbs 7oz.
Simon revealed on Twitter hours after the birth that he had named the child after his own deceased father Eric Cowell.
Very happy to say Eric was born at 17.45pm. Healthy and handsome.
