A bomb blast has gone off on Friday, July 17, 2015 at an Eid prayer ground in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital.
According to Premium Times, the blast occurred at an area called phase one, which is along Maiduguri Road.
A resident of the area, Abdul Malik said: “It happened at about 8am. Now we are being asked to return back home. Those that had gotten close to the Eid ground said many people were affected”.
