The All Progressive Congress (APC) has on Saturday, May 16, 2015 reacted to a ministerial list currently circulating which purportedly names the men and women who will handle the reins of the nation at the cabinet level when General Muhammadu Buhari takes over.
Lai Mohammed, the publicity secretary of the party dissociated the APC from the list in circulation, asking Nigerians to disregard it.
Alhaji Mohammed insisted that the list, which is now reportedly under the scrutiny of the security agencies, “is false”. He said that right now, no list is being considered by the party.
According to him:
“The most important thing is getting the agenda for governance right. There are many qualified Nigerians that help in actualising the agenda and we are not interested in pulling the cart before the horse.
“Frankly, ministerial list is not one of the major priorities of the party for now. You must disregard any of such list.”
