APC Produces Taraba’s First Female Governorship Candidate (PHOTO)

Taraba state has broke the records by producing the first female governorship candidate under the platform of All Progressive Congress, APC.
Senator Taraba
After the elections on Saturday, December 6, 2014, Senator Aisha Jummai Al-Hassan emerged the winner of the APC governorship primaries in the state with landslide victory of 2,425 votes while her closest opponent Ibrahim Tumba got a total of 18 votes.
She is an incumbent senator in the 7th National Assembly representing Taraba North (Senatorial District).

The other candidates Dr Julde S and Yusuf earned 5 and 14 votes respectively.
