45-year-old American singer, Gwen Stefani has filed for a divorce from 49-year-old English musician and actor, Gavin Rossdale.
The couple have been married since 2012 and have three sons; Kingston Rossdale (9), Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale (1) and Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale (6) together. Gwen and Gavin were considered one of Hollywood’s favourite couple and have now cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. They also want joint custody of their kids.
A statement by the couple reads:
“While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment. To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time.”
